1. Contact us- fill out the form, call us, email us

2. Discuss your projects scope of work including dreams, wants, and wishes. Pictures of ideas are awesome and a great idea so we are on the same page.

3. Smaller projects will receive a detailed proposal after our visit.

4. Larger projects- Everything boils down to the budget! We will discuss budgets that match your projects scope of work. We can adjust tasks to accommodate the budget & discuss the impact to the market value of your home after your project is completed.

5. Financing- If you need partial or complete financing we have resources to help you get started! Let us know as early in the project as possible so we can discuss your financing needs.

6. Drawings and 3D renderings can be available for an extra cost.

7. After you decide to partner with us we will discuss start dates, materials, shipping dates & estimated completion dates.

8. Communication is key! Expect regular updates each step of the way!

9. After completion we will review the project with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
